boho-house ltd. is a relatively new company headed up by Rukhsana Mosam.

Across a 4 year period,  as the Executive Producer of the Channel Five television series ‘How to be a Property Developer’, Rukhsana oversaw 20 property development projects.

The projects ranged in size and scope from the complete rebuild and redesign of a dilapidated fisherman’s cottage in Cornwall into an open-plan, chic modern ‘surfers’ retreat, to the stylish reinterpretation of flats and houses in Edinburgh, Brighton and Bristol. The projects included seeking detailed planning permission for builds ranging from church conversions in Scotland to luxury townhouses in Portugal.

The experience led to Rukhsana pursuing her own property investments and developments  on projects in London, East Sussex and Lazio in central Italy.
