The Boho Beach House,  Pett Level, East Sussex
The complete remodelling of a house right on the beach front in what is fast becoming the most sought after stretch of coast for contemporary living in East Sussex.
 
There are only 20 properties with direct beach access in this location and this is one of them. The project will transform a run-down 1970s semi into a flagship of modern design both inside and out. Watch this space.

23 St. Helens Park Road, Hastings, East Sussex
Situated near Alexandra Park, in one of Hastings most sought after areas, 23 St Helens Park Road began life as a superb example of a mid- Victorian detached villa, complete with ornate architectural ironwork, fireplaces and mouldings and a large mature garden.

But 150 years on it had fallen into a state of disrepair and neglect. It had suffered from a hasty conversion in the 70s into 3 flats and had been tenanted ever since. It was badly in need of some love.

We fully refurbished all 3 flats, giving them a new lease of life as luxury flats- the epitome of modern living within a renovated period house. Where possible we preserved existing period features, but added a contemporary twist to create sleek chic spaces for modern families. Our business model with this development was very successful since we achieved the top sales prices available in the area by optimising the specification of each apartment.
